Welcome to Atlantic View Holidays. We provide self-catering accommodation in two houses in New Polzeath, between Port Isaac and Rock, in North Cornwall. Both properties overlook one of the finest beaches on the North Cornwall coast, and are in an outstandingly beautiful area.

Atlantic View House was built in 1907 and sleeps 14. It was fully renovated in 1999 to maintain period features yet provide all modern comforts and the owners have maintained and added to the high standard of accommodation, fixtures, fittings and contents ever since. It was inspected by Visit England in March 2013 and awarded the top grade of 5* Gold.

Atlantic View Coach House, which sleeps 8, has just been re-built taking care to use vernacular materials including the typical Cornish stone, reclaimed Delabole slate roof and slate patio, yet providing a light and spacious modern living experience. It has been equipped to the highest standard and was assessed by Visit England in March 2013 and awarded the top grade of 5* Gold.

A full cleaning service is provided but we ask that the properties are left as clean and tidy as possible.
